|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm)|
|Onion||1 Small, sliced|
|Oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Raw rice||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Canned tomatoes||1 Pound (1 Can)|
|Green pepper||1 Large, chopped|
|Boiling water||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
Saute garlic and onion in oil in large skillet until brown.
Remove garlic and onion and discard; add rice to oil.
Saute until light brown; add remaining ingredients.
Cover; simmer for 30 minutes, or until rice is tender.
Simmer for 5 minutes longer
