Chicken In Rice
|Thinly sliced celery||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped onion||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Slivered almonds||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cooked and cubed chicken||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Cooked wild rice||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Condensed cream of celery soup||10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Canned mushroom stems and pieces||4 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Soy sauce||1 Tablespoon|
Place celery, onions, almonds and butter in a 3 qt.glass casserole dish.
Cover and microwave 4 to 6 minutes or until tender.
Stir once during cooking.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Cover and microwave 5 to 7 minutes, stirring once during cooking.
Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
