Pork Chops And Rice

Ingredients
  Pork chops 4
  Fat/Drippings 1 Tablespoon
  Uncooked rice 4 Tablespoon
  Onion slice 4
  Green pepper slices 4
  Canned tomatoes 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Brown chops well on both sides in cooker in melted drippings.
Place rack under chops in cooker.
On each chop put a tablespoon of rice, a slice of onion and green pepper, and a section of tomato.
Add salt and pepper and cover with liquid from tomatoes.
Pressure cook at 15 lbs.pressure for 15 minutes.
Reduce pressure immediately
