Sausage-Rice Casserole

Ingredients
  Bulk sausage 1 Pound
  Dry chicken soup mix 1 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Envelope)
  Raw long grain converted rice 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Celery stalks 2 , diced
  Slivered almonds 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Water 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
Directions

In skillet, brown sausage; drain well.
Combine all ingredients in lightly greased crock pot; stir well.
Cover and cook on low setting for 7 to 10 hours (on high setting for 3 to 4 hours or until rice is tender).
