Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Long grain rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Condensed onion soup 10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)
  Condensed beef consomme 10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)
Directions

Place all ingredients in a 2 qt.glass casserole dish.
Cover and microwave 17 to 21 minutes.
Stir, cover and let stand 5 minutes before serving.
