Wild Rice Casserole
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), melted|
|Celery stalks||3 , thinly sliced|
|Onions||2 Medium, finely chopped|
|Canned condensed cream of mushroom soup||10 3⁄4 Ounce (One Can)|
|Water||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)|
|Wild rice and long grain converted rice mix||14 Ounce (Two 7 Ounce Package)|
|Canned sliced mushrooms||4 Ounce, drained|
|American cheese||1⁄2 Pound, processed and cubed|
Combine all ingredients in crock pot; stir thoroughly.
Cover and cook on low setting for 6 to 10 hours (on high setting for 2 to 3 1/2 hours).
