Fried Rice With Chicken
|Eggs||2 , well beaten|
|Cooked rice||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Onion||1⁄2 , diced|
|Ham||1 Tablespoon, diced|
|Mushrooms||4 , soaked and diced|
|Cooked chicken||4 Tablespoon, diced|
|Peas||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Bamboo shoot||1 , diced|
|Chinese sausage||1⁄2 , diced|
|Soy sauce||2 Teaspoon|
|Cooked shrimps||2 Tablespoon, diced|
Make an omelet with the eggs, and cut it into strips 1 inch long and 1/4 inch wide.
Set these aside.
Heat a pan with 2 tablespoons oil and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
When it is very hot add the rice and saute for 5 minutes.
Remove and set aside.
Add the remaining 2 tablespoons oil to the hot pan and brown the onion.
Add the rest of the ingredients and saute for 3 minutes.
Slowly add the rice and when it is well mixed, stir in the soy sauce and the shredded eggs and when it is very hot, turn off the heat.
Stir once or twice and turn into a shallow bowl and serve at once.
