Hurry Up Rice Medley
|Cooked rice||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Bacon slices||2 , diced|
|Diced celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Canned deviled ham||4 1⁄2 Ounce|
|Egg||1 , beaten|
|Shredded cheddar cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Fry bacon in a large skillet; remove and add celery.
Cook until tender.
Stir in rice, deviled ham and a mixture of the egg, salt, and pepper to taste.Heat mixture thoroughly and continue stirring.
Spoon into a greased shallow casserole; sprinkle top with the cheese and bacon.
Broil about 5 minutes, or until cheese melts.
