Nasi Goreng

Ingredients
  Oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped onion 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), finely chopped
  Tabasco 1 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cooked chicken 3⁄4 Pound, chopped
  Cooked small shrimp 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cooked rice 3 1⁄2 Cup (56 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pancake 2 (Adjust Quantity As Needed)
  Cooked ham 2 Ounce, cut into thin strips
  Cucumber pickle 2 , sliced
Directions

Heat oil in a large skillet.
Add onion, garlic, and Tabasco and cook until onion is tender, but not brown.
Mix in chicken, shrimp, rice, and salt; heat thoroughly.
Turn mixture onto a heated large platter.
Garnish the edge with rolled pancake strips and then top with ham strips and pickle slices.
