|Frozen black eyed peas/One 15 ounce canned black eyed peas||10 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Chopped cooked ham||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Place the onion and celery in a large nonstick skillet coated with nonstick cooking spray; cook over medium heat for 5 minutes or until softened.
Stir in the rice, chicken broth and black-eyed peas; bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes or until rice is tender.
Stir in the ham and serve.
