Garden Rice

Garden rice is the perfect main dish which gets the taste from the fresh basil and corn. Here is the recipe for making low fat garden rice using chicken broth.
Ingredients
  White rice 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Chicken broth 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Corn/Broccoli / peas / carrots 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Fresh basil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Combine the ingredients into a sauce pan and bring to a boil. Cover the pot and bring heat to low. Cook until all the liquid has evaporated. Serve and enjoy!

This garden rice seems to be very easy and healthy to eat. Is it fine if I use vegetable broth instead of chicken broth ??
