Green And Yellow Rice
|Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Cooked rice||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Eggs||4 , beaten|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Frozen chopped spinach||10 Ounce|
|Cheddar cheese||1 Pound, shredded|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Onion||1 Tablespoon, chopped|
Stir the butter into the cooked rice.
Beat the eggs and milk together.
Cook the spinach using the package directions; squeeze dry.
Combine the rice mixture, egg mixture and remaining ingredients in a large bowl and mix gently.
Spoon into a well greased 2 quart baking dish.
Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until center is set.
