|Wild rice||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs), uncooked|
|Water||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
Place rice and water in a 3-quart microwave-safe casserole.
Cover tightly and microwave on high for 7 minutes or until the water begins to boil.
Microwave on medium for 20 to 25 minutes.
Most of the kernels should have burst open.
Let stand for 5 minutes.
Drain before serving.
