Basmati Rice

Ingredients
  Basmati rice 1 Cup (16 tbs), uncooked, rinsed to remove small stones or seeds
  Water/Nonfat chicken broth / vegetable broth 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Chopped fresh parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Place rice and water or broth in a large microwave-safe casserole.
Cover tightly.
Cook on high for 20 minutes.
Let stand, covered, for 5 minutes.
Stir in parsley and black pepper.
