Fried Rice Yang Chow

  Cooked rice 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Frozen green peas 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Eggs 3 , beaten
  Chicken meat 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), cooked
  Canned shrimp 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Pork roast/Ham 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), diced
  Chopped onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)

Heat 2 tbs. oil in large skillet.
Fry beaten eggs; break into small pieces and remove to plate.
Add 2 more tbs.oil to skillet, saute' peas, onions and meats slightly.
Add 9 tbs.oil and 1/4 cup boiling water to skillet.
Add rice, soy sauce, pepper and salt to taste; heat thoroughly, stirring constantly over low heat.
At last, stir in the eggs.
Shredded lettuce can be added at this point also.
Note: You may use only one kind of meat if preferred.
It is even good without meat.
