Rice Hamburger Dish
|Onions||2 Medium, diced|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), diced|
|Green pepper||1 , diced|
|Chili powder||2 Teaspoon|
|Tomato sauce||8 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Uncooked rice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Cook onions, garlic and green pepper in small amount of margarine until almost tender.
Add hamburger, salt and chili powder; cook until hamburger is done.
Add tomato sauce and water.
Add rice; stir mixture well.
Cover and cook slowly until rice is tender.
