Fluffy Orange Rice

Ingredients
  Chopped celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Orange juice concentrate 2 Tablespoon
  Water 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Precooked rice 1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs) (Packaged)
Directions

Cook celery and onion in butter till tender.
Add concentrate, water, and salt.
Bring to boiling; add rice, continue as directed on package.
