Busy-Day Rice Ragout

Ingredients
  Onion 1 Small, chopped
  Green pepper 1 , chopped
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
  Lean ground beef/Veal 1 Pound
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1 Dash
  Prepared mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Catsup 2 Tablespoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Cooked rice 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Canned tomatoes 3 Cup (48 tbs)
Directions

Use a medium to large skillet.
Stir onion and green pepper in oil until soft.
Add ground meat, salt, and pepper; stir until meat loses its pink color.
Add remaining ingredients; stir until well-blended.
Reduce heat; cover skillet.
Simmer just 15 minutes.
