Wild Rice Pork Casserole

Ingredients
  Long grain wild rice mix 6 Ounce
  Ground pork/Ground beef 1 Pound
  Chopped celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Condensed cheddar cheese soup 11 Ounce
  Dairy sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Ground sage 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Snipped parsley/0.25 cup toasted slivered almonds 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (For Garnish)
Directions

Prepare rice mix according to package directions.
Mean while, in skillet cook ground pork or ground beef, celery, onion, and garlic till meat is browned and vegetables are tender.
Drain off fat.
Stir in soup, sour cream, and sage.
Combine meat mixture and cooked rice.
Turn into a 2-quart casserole.
Bake, uncovered, in 350° oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
Stir before serving; garnish with snipped parsley or toasted slivered almonds.
