Oven Steamed Rice

Oven Steamed Rice is an extremely tasty and easy to prepare rice. I love the appetizing smell and taste of Oven Steamed Rice and the ease with it can be made. Try it.
|Uncooked regular rice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Boiling water||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
Heat oven to 350Â°.
Mix all ingredients in ungreased 1 or 1 1/2 quart casserole or in baking dish, 10 X 6X1 1/2 or 1/2X71/2Xl1/2 inches.
Cover tightly; bake until liquid is absorbed and rice is tender, 25 to 30 minutes.
