|Brown rice||1 Cup (16 tbs), cooked|
|Egg||1 , beaten|
|Onion||1 Small, grated|
|Nutritional yeast||2 Tablespoon|
|Nutmeg||1 Pinch, ground|
Blend all ingredients.
Pat mixture into oiled pan, to depth of 1/2 inch.
Bake in 300Â° F. oven for 30 minutes or until dry and firm.
Cut into 1-inch squares.
Use as garnish for hot soups or stews.
