Baked Rice Ring

Ingredients
  Cooked brown rice 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Honey 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Eggs 3 , beaten
  Lemon rind 1 , grated
  Eggs 3 , separated
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

Blend all ingredients, except whites of 3 separated eggs.
Beat these stiff and fold into mixture.
Turn into oiled ring mold.
Bake at 350° F. until well set, about 30 minutes.
Unmold on large platter.
Garnish with fruit.
