Korean Deep Fried Rice Cakes

Deep fried rice usually prepared in the Korean households with the leftover rice. This dish is very easy to make and can be had just crisped. Deep fry and sprinkle with sugar to make it an easy dessert. Try out and enjoy this simple Deep fried rice dish.
Ingredients
  Cooked rice 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Leftover)
  Oil 1 Cup (16 tbs) (For deep frying)
  Sugar To Taste
Directions

In a dry pan, put the rice and spread into a thin layer. Put burner on med low heat. Cook until the bottom is crisp. Flip and brown the other side. This can be eaten just like this.
Alternately, the crisp rice may deep fried in a fryer until golden brown. Remove on a plate and sprinke with the sugar to taste on both the sides.

Deep fry!

As soon as rice is removed from the oil sprinkle on sugar.
