Ingredients
  Brown rice 2 Cup (32 tbs), cooked
  Mushrooms 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), sautéed
  Onions 2 , sliced, sautéed
  Dill seeds 1⁄2 Teaspoon, ground
  Nutritional yeast 2 Tablespoon
  Thyme 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt stock 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Blend all ingredients together.
Add only enough stock to moisten.
