Turkey And Wild Rice
|Canned mushroom stems and pieces||4 Ounce (1 can)|
|Water||1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs)|
|Instant beef bouillon||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Long grain and wild rice mix||6 Ounce|
|Frozen broccoli spears||16 Ounce (2 packages, 8 ounces each)|
|Cut up cooked turkey||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
Mix mushrooms (with liquid) and flour in 4 cup glass measure.
Stir in water, bouillon and salt.
Microwave 3 minutes; stir.
Microwave until mixture boils and thickens, 2 to 3 minutes, stirring every minute.
Pour rice (with seasoning packet) into oblong baking dish, 12 x 7 1/2 x 2 inches.
Add water and butter as directed on package.
Cover and microwave 10 minutes.
Let stand 5 minutes; stir.
Cover and microwave until rice is tender, 7 to 9 minutes.
Microwave frozen broccoli in packages on paper towel until tender, 10 to 12 minutes; drain.
Top rice with broccoli, turkey and mushroom sauce.
Cover loosely and microwave until hot, 6 to 8 minutes.
