Fried Rice With Cottage Cheese

Ingredients
  Rice 1⁄2 Kilogram
  Onion 1 , sliced
  Carrot 1 , sliced
  Cloves 6 , powdered
  Cinnamon pieces 3 Small
  Peas 240 Gram
  Potatoes 200 Gram
  Coriander leaves 4
  Flour 2 Teaspoon
  Water 6 Cup (96 tbs)
  Bay leaves 2
  Chili sauce 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Green cardamoms 2
  White cumin seeds 2 Teaspoon
  Paneer 180 Gram, cubed
  Green chilies 2
  Ginger paste 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ghee 4 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
Directions

GETTING READY
1 Pick and wash the rice.
2 In a bowl, soak the rice for 10 minutes.

MAKING
3 In a pan, heat the ghee and deep fry paneer.
4 Set aside.
5 In the same pan, fry the onion and bay leaf until brown.
6 Add in the chilli sauce, salt, cloves, cardamoms, cinnamon, cumin seeds and water.
7 Bring to a boil.
8 Add in the rice, carrot slices, peas and fried paneer pieces and cook until the rice has absorbed all the water and each grain is separate.

SERVING
9 Serve hot, garnished with chopped coriander.
