Fried Rice Sub Gum
|Vegetable oil||3 Tablespoon|
|Onion||1 Medium, chopped|
|Green pepper||1 , thinly sliced|
|Cooked ham||4 Ounce, diced into 0.25 inch pieces|
|Cooked chicken||4 Ounce, diced into 0.25 inch pieces|
|Cooked rice||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Soy sauce||2 Tablespoon|
Heat oil in the wok and stir-fry the onion until it is translucent.
Stirfry the green pepper for 1 to 2 minutes.
Return the onions to the wok.
Add the meat, shrimp, and rice and stirfry together for 4 to 5 minutes, until rice is golden.
Sprinkle with soy sauce and garnish with 1/8 inch strips of omelette.
