Fried Rice

  Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Beef bouillon/1 envelope dehydrated vegetable soup 2 Teaspoon (Granulated)
  Ground cumin/Minced cumin 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Oil 3 Teaspoon
  Diced ham/Diced pork 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chili powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Mace 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Soy sauce To Taste (For Serving)
  Slivered almonds 1 Dash (For Garnishing)

In a medium saucepan, combine water, bouillon or vegetable soup, cumin, and rice.
Simmer until tender.
In a large skillet, saute onion, celery, and garlic in oil.
Stirfry until crisptender.
Add prepared grain, pork or ham, salt, chili powder, and mace.
Season to taste with soy sauce.
Heat slowly, and garnish with slivered almonds.
