|Water||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Beef bouillon/1 envelope dehydrated vegetable soup||2 Teaspoon (Granulated)|
|Ground cumin/Minced cumin||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Rice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Diced ham/Diced pork||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Chili powder||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Soy sauce||To Taste (For Serving)|
|Slivered almonds||1 Dash (For Garnishing)|
In a medium saucepan, combine water, bouillon or vegetable soup, cumin, and rice.
Simmer until tender.
In a large skillet, saute onion, celery, and garlic in oil.
Stirfry until crisptender.
Add prepared grain, pork or ham, salt, chili powder, and mace.
Season to taste with soy sauce.
Heat slowly, and garnish with slivered almonds.
