Rice N Raisins

Ingredients
  Water 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Raisins 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Bring water and salt to a boil in a medium saucepan.
Stir in rice.
Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 30 minutes.
Add raisins, and continue simmering until rice is tender.
NOTE: Cinnamon and sugar to taste may be added along with the raisins.
