Long Grain Rice
|Water||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)|
|Salad oil||1 Teaspoon (butter, or margarine)|
|Long grain rice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Combine all ingredients in 2-quart casserole.
Microwave 5 minutes on HIGH.
Microwave 10 to 12 minutes on '5', or until rice is tender and water is absorbed.
