Wild Rice With Turkey
|Long grain and wild rice mix||6 Ounce|
|Condensed cream of mushroom soup||1 1⁄2 Ounce (Undiluted)|
|Hot chicken broth||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cubed cooked turkey||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Canned sliced mushrooms||4 Ounce|
|Celery seed||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
Combine rice mix, soup, and broth in 2-quart microproof casserole.
Cover with casserole lid.
Cook on HI, 10 minutes.
Stir in turkey, mushrooms, and celery seed.
Cover and cook on HI, 2 to 3 minutes, or until rice is cooked.
Remove from oven and let stand, covered, 5 minutes before serving.
