|Long grain brown rice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Tomato sauce||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Hot water||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Sea salt||1 Teaspoon|
Heat a skillet.
Add the oil and the minced garlic.
Add the rice and roast until golden.
Add the tomato sauce, hot water, and salt.
Bring to a boil.
Cover and simmer about 45 minutes until the rice is tender.
