This Busy-Day Rice Ragout comes handy when you have very less time to cook ! You can cook up this rice tomatoes, ground beef and veal dish in a jiffy. Just try and let me know how you've liked it!
Ingredients
  Onion 1 Small
  Green pepper 1
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
  Lean ground beef 1 Pound
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1 Dash
  Prepared mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Catsup 2 Tablespoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Cooked rice 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Canned tomatoes 3 Cup (48 tbs)
Directions

This fast put-together makes hearty eating.
Use a medium to large skillet.
Stir onion and green pepper in oil until soft.
Add ground meat, salt, and pepper, stir until meat loses its pink color.
Add remaining ingredients, stir until well-blended.
Reduce heat, cover skillet.
Simmer just 15 minutes.
While the ragout is simmering, toss a salad and sit down to eat relaxed after a busy day.
