|Prepared mustard||1 Tablespoon|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Cooked rice||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Canned tomatoes||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
This fast put-together makes hearty eating.
Use a medium to large skillet.
Stir onion and green pepper in oil until soft.
Add ground meat, salt, and pepper, stir until meat loses its pink color.
Add remaining ingredients, stir until well-blended.
Reduce heat, cover skillet.
Simmer just 15 minutes.
While the ragout is simmering, toss a salad and sit down to eat relaxed after a busy day.
