|Cooked rice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Breadcrumbs||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Drained chopped tomatoes||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped nutmeats||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped parsley||2 Tablespoon|
|Grated cheese||2 Tablespoon|
Saute onion and green pepper in butter in a large skillet.
When onion is transparent, add rice, bread crumbs, tomatoes, nuts, egg, parsley, salt, and paprika.
Stir until all are well-blended.

Grease a 2-quart casserole dish.
Put mixture from skillet into it.
