Ingredients
  Onion 1 Medium
  Green pepper 1
  Butter/Margarine 3 Tablespoon
  Cooked rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Breadcrumbs 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Drained chopped tomatoes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped nutmeats 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Egg 1
  Chopped parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Grated cheese 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Saute onion and green pepper in butter in a large skillet.
When onion is transparent, add rice, bread crumbs, tomatoes, nuts, egg, parsley, salt, and paprika.
Stir until all are well-blended.
This will taste good just as is, but you're not finished yet.
Grease a 2-quart casserole dish.
Put mixture from skillet into it.
Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake at 350° F for 30 minutes.
