Sausage, Cabbage, And Rice
|Country sausage||1 Pound|
|Raw rice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Dill weed||2 Teaspoon|
|Chicken broth||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Brown the country sausage in large skillet.
It will render enough fat to cook remaining ingredients.
Add shredded cabbage, stir until cabbage is thoroughly coated with fat.
Add rest of ingredients in order given.
Cover skillet, cook on low heat 25 minutes or until rice is done.
Complete the dinner with a big plate of raw vegetables.
