|Bouillon granules||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Curry powder||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
Combine 1/3 cup water and onion in a 1-quart casserole.
Cover and microwave at HIGH for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes.
Add 1/3 cup water, rice, bouillon granules, curry powder, and pepper; stir well.
Cover and microwave at HIGH for 2 1/2 to 3 min- utes or until water boils; stir well.
Cover, microwave at MEDIUM (50% power) for 10 to 12 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
Let stand 4 minutes.
Garnish with green onion fans, if de- sired.
