Good Fried Rice
|Rice||3 Cup (48 tbs), uncooked|
|Eggs||5 Small, beaten|
|Soy sauce||6 Tablespoon|
|Garlic powder||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Onions||2 , chopped|
|Celery||2 Cup (32 tbs), sliced on diagonal|
This can be made in the morning, put in a casserole, and reheated in the oven before serving.
Cook rice until done, set aside to drain.
Heat oil in a large skillet.
Pour beaten eggs into oil.
As they harden, cut up eggs with 2 knives.
Add soy sauce and garlic powder.
Last, add cooked rice, onions, and celery.
Stir over low heat 3 to 5 minutes or until all is well-blended.
