Curried Brown Rice

Curried Brown Rice is an amazingly delicious main course meal recipe. Try this Curried Brown Rice recipe; I am sure you and your loved ones will always crave for more.
Ingredients
  Bouillon granules 1 Teaspoon
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Water 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Chopped dried apricots 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Curry powder 1 Teaspoon
  Brown rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped parsley 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Coat a medium saucepan with cooking spray.
Place over medium heat until hot; add onion, and saute until tender.
Combine onion, water, bouillon granules, apricots, and curry in a medium saucepan, cover and bring to a boil.
Add rice.
Cover; reduce heat, and simmer 50 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
Stir in chopped parsley.
Transfer to a serving platter, and garnish with parsley sprigs, if desired.
