Savory Mixed Rice

Ingredients
  Uncooked brown rice 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Uncooked wild rice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Stalk celery 1 Medium, about 1/2 cup
  Onion 1 Medium, about 1/2 cup
  Butter/Margarine 3 Tablespoon
  Chicken broth 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground sage 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Canned mushroom 4 Ounce, including stems and pieces
  Plain yoghurt 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Snipped parsley 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Cook and stir brown rice, wild rice, celery and onion in margarine in 2-quart saucepan over medium heat until onion is tender, about 6 minutes.
Stir in broth, salt, sage and mushrooms.
Heat to boiling; reduce heat.
Cover and simmer until rice is tender, about 1 hour.
Stir in yogurt and parslev.
