Ingredients
  Rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Egg 1
  Sugar 3 Tablespoon
  Chopped onion 1 Medium
  Green onion 2 , chopped
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), finely chopped
  Fish sauce 2 Tablespoon (Or To Taste)
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon (Or To Taste)
  Cilantro 5 Bunch (500 gm), chopped
  Carrot 1 Medium, chopped
  Chicken 1⁄2 Pound
  Shrimp 1⁄2 Pound
  Cucumber 1
  Lime 2
  Canola oil 4 Tablespoon
Directions

All is cooked over a high heat in your wok. Stir constantly to keep from burning.
