Who doesn't love Rice Krispie Treats?! Here is a healthier version that is, dare I say, even tastier!
Peanut butter | 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs) | |
Almond butter | 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs) | |
Rice syrup | 2/3 Cup (10.67 tbs) | |
Brown rice krispies | 2 Cup (32 tbs) |
MAKING
1. In a saucepan, add in the peanut butter, almond butter and rice syrup. Heat on medium heat for 2 minutes and mix well.
2. Pour it over the rice krispies and mix well. Take out the mixture from the scoop or make balls from the hands. Place on a baking sheet and let it sit for a few minutes.
SERVING
3. Pack these krispies for lunchbox.
