Deluxe Brown Rice
|Sliced carrots||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sliced green onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cooked brown rice||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Seedless raisins||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sesame seeds||1 Tablespoon|
Saute carrots in oil about 10 minutes. Add onions and apples. Cook 10 minutes longer. Stir in rice, salt, and raisins. Cook, stirring gently until rice is heated through. Add sesame seeds; toss lightly.
