Mixed Vegetable Rice

Ingredients
  Rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Mixed vegetables 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped coriander leaves 2 Tablespoon (Leveled)
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
  Turmeric powder 1 Teaspoon
  Chilli powder 1 Teaspoon
  Garam masala 1 Teaspoon
  Coriander powder 1 Teaspoon
  Ginger garlic paste 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. Put oil in a hot cooker and fry the ginger garlic paste.
2. When the raw smell goes saute all the vegetables for 3-4 minutes.
3. Next add the rice and all the spice powders. Mix Well.
4. Add 2 cups water and cook till 2 whistles.

SERVING
5. Serve hot with a raita or chutney of your choice.
