|Onion||1 Medium, chopped|
|Green pepper||1 Medium, chopped|
|Margarine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Rice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Mushroom soup||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Beef broth||1 Can (10 oz)|
Saute onion and pepper in margarine; stir in all remaining ingredients and 1 soup can water.
Pour into casserole.
Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
Let stand for several minutes before serving.
