Almond Rice

Ingredients
  Minute rice 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dry roasted almonds 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Dry currants/Raisins 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Prepare rice according to package directions, adding butter and salt. Just before serving, stir in almonds and currants. (One-fourth cup chopped almonds browned in butter may be used.)
