Exotic Oven Rice
|Butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Rice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Boiling water||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Chicken bouillon cubes||3|
Melt butter in frying pan. Add rice. Cook for 10 minutes (rice will still be white). Stir. Put in casserole and add boiling water in which bouillon cubes have been dissolved. Stir. Place in oven for 1 hour. Stir once. To double recipe: Double everything except butter; use 3/4 cup or 1 1/2 sticks.
