Orleans Rice And Vegetable Bake
|Cooked rice||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Chopped tomatoes||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Frozen cooked beans||10 Ounce|
|Onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Pasteurized processed cheese spread/1 cup shredded cheese||8 Ounce|
|Soft bread crumbs||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Combine rice, salt, and pepper; place in casserole. Combine tomatoes, green beans, onion, basil, and cheese spread. Pour over rice. Top with combined bread crumbs and margarine. Bake 20 minutes. To make ahead, follow recipe directions, reserving bread crumb mixture. Cover and refrigerate. Uncover, top with bread crumb mixture, and bake 35 to 40 minutes, or until hot.
