Fried Rice

This is part of our stir fry series. Also known as Wok 'n' Roll. This one pan meal can handle as many ingredients as you want. It's a great solution for leftover rice. This was the best friend rice I ever ate. It was one of those cooking show no-nos which is that it was the first time I made it. I had a cheat sheet behind the wok! Ingredients
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
  Pancetta 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chop
  Egg 1
  Peas 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Scallions 2 Tablespoon
  Rice 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), cooked
  Soy sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a pan, heat 1 tablespoon of oil.
2. Add the pancetta and stir.
3. Add an egg to a bowl and beat.
4. Pour the egg into the mix along with scallions and toss.
5. Next, add peas and cooked rice and toss.
6. In a bowl, mix soy and water and pour into the pan and toss.
7. Next pepper and stir and let it cook down.

SERVING
8. Plate and serve hot.
