Ingredients
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Parsley 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), finely chopped
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), finely chopped
  Onion 1 Small, minced
  Cooked brown rice 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sharp grated cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Combine all ingredients; mix well.
Pour into greased 7-inch glass ring mold.
Microwave on High for 6 to6 minutes.
Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
