Compliments any meal. Easy and elegant and kids love it.
3 Cup (48 tbs), cooked (with onions and peppers as per package directions, frozen or freshly cooked)
1⁄2 Teaspoon, minced
2 Cup (32 tbs), fresh
1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), shredded
1) In a pan, add the cooked rice with mushrooms, butter, garlic, parmesan cheese and spinach.
2) Alternately, cook the rice as per package directions with onions, peppers and mushrooms until just tender. Then add the butter, garlic, parmesan cheese and spinach.
3) Lightly stir the ingredients, cover the pan and cook over a low heat for about 10 minutes.
4) Serve the Spinach and Mushroom Wild Rice with Santa Fe Tilapia.
